SEZAR shall hold equal time meetings with each bidder separately to discuss the bidding documents. Second and if necessary third drafts of bidding documents shall also be circulated.
Answers, comments and information shared with one of the pre-qualified bidders should be shared with the rest of the pre-qualified bidders with full consideration of confidentiality.
