Within 30 days of the end of the period granted for submission of the comments, SEZAR shall give recommendation to the Board of SEZAR on whether or not a proposed site is suitable for the establishment, development, and operation of a Zone. The applicant will receive a letter from SEZAR notifying him of the Board's decision.
In case of approval, the determination shall be sent to the Prime Minister for designation of the Zone by Prime Ministerial order that converts the subject area to a legally-designated Zone. The Determination shall include (i) a detailed statement of its reasons and its legal basis, (ii) the geographical location, specific metes and bounds, map coordinates, and reference to applicable land and real properties titles for the Zone site, and (iii) the specific use of the Zone site.
The Determination resolving not to establish a proposed site as a Zone must include a detailed statement of the reasons and the legal basis for the administrative determination.
