2. Select 1 for english or 2 for kinyarwanda
3. Select 3 - pay bill
4. Select 7 - Irembo services
5. Enter the billing number and follow the steps

Payment via TIGO Cash:
1. Dial *310#
2. Select "Irembo payments"
3. Enter billing number and follow the steps.

Payment via Airtel Money:
1. Dial *182#
2. Select 1 for English or 2 for Kinyarwanda
3. Select 4 - Pay Bill
4. Select 1 - Utilities
5. Select 5 - Irembo services
6. Enter the billing number and follow the steps

For payment via Bank of Kigali branch:
1. Visit nearest Bank of Kigali branch
2. Inform the bank teller that payment is for Irembo
3. Provide the billing number

For payment via BK YACU:
1. Agent logs in to their device and select Irembo payment from main menu
2. After selecting Irembo payment agent enters billing number and submits
3. Agent confirms customer name and service paid plus amount and enters customer's phone number
4. Agents confirms transaction with their password
