The price of the lease hold is detailed in the acceptance letter from the Mayor. Price of land varies on location, size of plot and projected land usage. The price is also determined according to the prevailing market price of land.
Although Bank of Kigali RDB branch has been used as an example, leasehold right fees can be paid at other Bank of Kgali branches in Rwanda.
