Additional information

This payment is applicable because it is not possible to add more than one name on the deed plans being issued before the introduction of GPS. Therefore, the district must hire private suveyors to survey the land again and prepare new deed plans. However, if the land in question has a deed plan that was done using GPS, land survey is not necessary.
