Documents submitted during the pre-approval phase need not be resubmitted unless they have been subject to change.
The applicant is welcome to submit any other particulars, which the applicant feels, would be of assistance to the committee
Note:
1) All drawings/plans must be stamped and signed by the design consultancy firm.
2) All designs or Site improvement activities shall be done in conformity with the relevant Rwanda laws, regulations and guidelines.
3) Where applicable, the details of any special provisions for persons with disabilities shall be given on all plans drawings and diagrams.
4) We highly recommend that developers undertake a “Pre-Consultation” to review requirements and procedures for Construction Permitting. For this meeting, please bring deed plan/geo-referenced coordinates so site can be located. Where possible this should be sent in advance to allow preparation for meeting.
