Additional information

In the event of a bank loan, it is an agent of the bank that submits the security agreement. The debtor accompanies the bank agent to the Notary for signature.

If the property is not owned by the natural or legal person, a letter of consent authorizing the collateral to be used needs to be notarized. The lawful owner needs to be present for notarization.
